I think Arno is very effective and creative in finding solutions to solve problems - there are many examples but improving our logistics service provider, taking over the procurement function and changes made to the procurement model, etc. He is also very adaptable to new information - with the working capital spend for the cash flow forecast, being able to juggle having sufficient stock within the limits of our resources available.
Arno is a critical member of our team. I so much appreciate the work he puts in and we would be lost without him.

Also advocating for colleagues to receive the employment benefits they're entitled to. Arno understands how his and his team's work impacts the other departments' work - examples: managing the stock effectively, submitting finance admin documents promptly, providing working capital forecasts monthly, etc
